The signature cart rental includes standard-area delivery, installation, dismantling and collection, with up to 8 hours on-site during your event. Treats, attendants and optional Photo Moment Displays are priced separately and displayed before booking.

Yes, the cart is designed to accommodate hot and cold dessert service. Specific holding temperatures and food handling arrangements depend on the selected menu and will be confirmed with our team.

Your standard rental covers up to 8 hours during the agreed event period. For an event from 2 PM to 10 PM, we arrange setup before the event begins and collection afterward, subject to venue access. Delivery and collection appointment times are agreed in advance, not automatically set by the booking calendar.

Yes, within Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Pickering and Ajax eligible postal codes. Eligible Mississauga, Oakville, Milton and other supported GTA postal codes carry a $50 delivery charge per booking, shown before payment. For other locations, contact us for custom arrangements.

Additional cart rental time needs to be arranged and priced in advance. The standard eight-hour rental does not automatically include extra hours.

The cart may remain on-site for up to 8 hours. A staffed booking includes your selected 2 or 4 continuous hours of guest-facing dessert service during that window. The attendant does not automatically stay for the full cart rental period.

Additional staffed service is $75 per attendant per hour, arranged in advance and subject to availability. The number of attendants is determined by the guest count in your selected package.

Our standard suggestion is one individually wrapped, whole treat per guest. If you expect some people to skip or share, the planner also offers a ½-treat-per-guest planning ratio; we do not physically cut treats in half. Choose more portions if dessert is a main attraction. Packages are sold in increments of 50, up to 400 portions.

Yes. Choose from Rum Cake Slices, Rum Cake Sandwiches, Rum Cake Ice Cream Sandwiches and Rum Rings. If you choose slices plus other treats, half your selected portions are slices and the balance is divided approximately equally among the other selected varieties. The breakdown is shown before checkout.

Yes. The treats in your event package come individually wrapped.

A Slice of G guarantees our own products are nut-free. Standard recipes contain wheat/gluten, eggs and dairy. Gluten-free options may be available by advance request; contact us for availability and pricing. Ice cream sandwiches require an agreed freezer or safe cold-holding plan; staffed service is optional where the host can safely handle service. Read our food allergy policy.

Yes. Choose Cart Only and supply your own items and styling. Any hot/cold handling requirements should still be discussed with our team.

The Custom White Panel Photo Wall includes your chosen wording and floral colour at the listed price. Its displayed package includes one white panel, two stuffed Bobo balloons, one large floral arrangement and warm-white uplighting. Other display packages show their own included elements in View Details & Inclusions.

A 50% booking deposit reserves the event. The remaining booking balance is due seven days before the reserved event window. A refundable security deposit is due separately 48 hours before the reserved delivery window, subject to your rental agreement and return inspection. Applicable taxes are shown where required.

Yes. View Cart shows rental items, treat quantities, staffing and package subtotals. Enter your venue postal code during checkout to see any applicable delivery fee before payment.

Your cart choices are saved in this browser so you can return to Events and continue. Do not rely on the browser cart as a confirmed reservation; your date is only secured once checkout and the required payment are completed.

Contact us as soon as possible if plans change. Cancellation, refunds, damage and other obligations are governed by the booking terms and rental agreement shown at checkout. Changes may depend on availability.

Yes. The instant-pricing packages cover the displayed choices and up to 400 portions. Contact us for larger guest counts, additional cart time, special layouts, or other custom requests.

Use the date picker near the top of the page. Choose your rentals and continue to checkout to see item availability for that date. If any item is unavailable, the deposit payment is disabled. A selected date alone does not reserve stock.

No. Photo Moment Displays can be booked on their own, with an 8-hour event-day rental window, delivery, setup, takedown and collection included in the applicable base rental price. Eligible extended-area postal codes incur the same $50 per-booking delivery surcharge.

Yes, provided a suitable freezer or an approved cold-holding and serving plan is arranged before the event; the cart alone does not guarantee a safe holding duration. Staffed service is not automatically required, but someone must manage the cold chain and timely serving. Contact us before booking if your venue has no freezer.

The amount is calculated from your booking total and displayed in checkout before payment. It is collected separately 48 hours before the reserved delivery window, and is subject to inspection and damage or loss provisions in the rental agreement. A fixed return deadline is not currently promised on this page.

14+ days: the booking deposit is retained and additional payments refunded. More than 48 hours but under 14 days: half of payments beyond the booking deposit refunded. Within 48 hours: no booking-payment refunds, except where law requires. A separately collected security deposit is fully refundable if cancelled before equipment delivery or setup.
